Nestled in the heart of the Pyrénées Orientales, Argelès-sur-Mer is a dream destination for lovers of the sea, the mountains, the sun, adventure and the sweetness of life.

Our house, located relatively close to the beach, shops, the city center and hiking trails, welcomes you with its quality services in a quiet and recent residential area.

The living room

The entrance to the house immediately serves a living room of 40 m2 including a kitchen area with a central island and its bar, a dining table as well as a living room and a small office area.
The ground floor is furnished in a sober industrial style. It has its own air conditioning. The house is connected to the optical fiber. Wifi is available and a landline (call France and mobile) is available. Explanatory booklets with clear and precise instructions for each device, as well as on the activities of the region are made available in French and English.

The kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals: 5-burner gas stove, oven and mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ... Many storage spaces allow you to appropriate the space with a few provisions.

Central island with bar

It allows you to have lunch on the go, to have an aperitif, breakfast, ...

The dining room

A table of 6 people allows you to have lunch comfortably.

The lounge area

The lounge area, with its sofa and 2 armchairs, invites you to relax. A 55" television provides access to classic channels with 4K resolution (SFR Fibre) as well as Amazon Prime streaming service. You can also access video on demand and the google assistant by voice command.

Upstairs

Three identical rooms of 12 m2 await you. Each is equipped with two twin beds of 80 cm by 200 cm in length. They can be combined to form a single large "king size" bed. Two bedside tables (with lamp and USB sockets), a removable desktop and a large built-in cupboard with standing mirror complete the installation of the bedrooms. One of them has remote control lighting with dimmer.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a towel dryer radiator, a toilet and a washing machine. Coat hooks and a closet allow you to dispose of your personal effects.
The floor has its independent air conditioning.

Outside

The outdoor space, facing south, is made up of a terrace with garden furniture under a parasol for 8 people, a green space on which are arranged 4 deckchairs and 2 sunbeds and an inground swimming pool of 7m by 3m, 1m50 deep, treated with salt. A barbecue is available.

Near

The seaside resort of Argelès-sur-Mer, between the sea and the mountains, allows easy circulation with little difference in altitude and a large number of cycle paths. The coastal footpath winds along rocky creeks to Collioure, a small town full of character with a remarkable cultural and architectural heritage. Perpignan is accessible in less than half an hour, as is the Spanish border.

Payment by bank transfer only. 30% deposit.
